Delete your account and data

1. Delete your account inside the app

1. Open the RelaiOn Goat Tracker app (or sign in on the website).
2. Tap Profile in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked. Your account and data are removed straight away.

2. Or ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, email enquiries@relaion.ca from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. Delete only part of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information. Inside the app you can delete, at any time:

• Individual goats and all of their records
• Photos and videos
• Health, vaccination and deworming records
• Weight entries
• Breeding and kidding records
• Notes and reminders

You can also email enquiries@relaion.ca and ask us to remove specific information for you.

4. What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, name, email address and phone number
• Your farm profile and settings
• All goats and their health, weight, breeding and note records
• All photos and videos you uploaded
• Your reminders and tasks

5. What is kept, and for how long

• Payment, invoice and tax records for any paid subscription. These are held by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and by us, for the period required by tax and accounting law (normally up to 7 years).
• Limited security and abuse-prevention records, such as the fact that a phone number already used its one-time introductory access, kept to prevent repeat misuse.
• Anything else we are required by law to retain. Routine backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, normally within 30 days.

Deleting your account cancels future renewals. It does not by itself create a refund — see our Refund Policy.
